Using the application
ShopFlow POS is licensed business-record software from MatechMatrix. Use an authorized account and the release supplied for your role. You are responsible for lawful operations, information you enter, customer agreements, and checking records before relying on them. Do not access another shop’s information, bypass device/session controls, redistribute privileged administration builds or use the service unlawfully.
Licence, payments and support
The offer accepted when obtaining your licence defines its price, permitted devices, access period, support, transfer and upgrade entitlements. A one-time payment does not automatically include unlimited devices, lifetime support or every future upgrade. This website does not collect payment. Purchases through a store are also subject to that store’s applicable purchase and refund terms. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Internet and device sessions
Initial sign-in, periodic licence/session verification and connected services require internet access. Editing access currently allows up to seven days from an acknowledged renewal; viewing access uses a 24-hour renewal period. These limits depend on valid account status and successful renewal, and do not promise unlimited offline use. Device takeover is controlled to protect records. Keep credentials private and sign out through the supported workflow when changing devices.
Records, backups and recovery
Maintain appropriate backups and verify that they can be restored. Protect your connected Google account and its recovery information. Current Drive backups recover their generated encryption secret through Google sign-in rather than a separate manually chosen backup password. Legacy password backups may still require their original secret. Local ZIPs are not encrypted. Restore can replace newer local records and is not continuous two-way synchronization. Device deletion, storage failure, lost account access or an unavailable external service can affect recovery. Zero data loss or recovery of a lost legacy password is not promised.
Product boundaries and third parties
ShopFlow records business activities; it is not a bank, lender, tax adviser, certified accountant or automatic PTA/DIRBS verification service. Committee records are separate from shop accounting. You remain responsible for lending, installment, tax and customer obligations. AI output can be incorrect and must be checked. Google services, stores, printers and sharing apps have their own terms and availability. A displayed platform name does not mean a download is available; use the published release links.
Problems, changes and applicable rights
Contact support with the app version and redacted reproduction steps. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Software and external services can have interruptions and defects; no absolute reliability or fitness promise is made. These terms do not override mandatory consumer or other legal rights. Material changes to access, data handling or licence terms must be communicated through the applicable release, account or support channel. Contact MatechMatrix first to resolve a dispute.
